01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and det4777 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available at det4777.net and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By accessing the det4777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and VIP members of the det4777 platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and det4777 with respect to the subject matter covered here.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, det4777's interpretation shall be considered final and binding.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the det4777 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. det4777 operates a strict minimum age policy and does not permit access to any individual under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, as a form of entertainment, and are not doing so under duress or on behalf of another person.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling services, either voluntarily through det4777's own responsible gaming tools or through any external exclusion scheme applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by det4777 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

det4777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the det4777 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. det4777 makes no warranty that use of the platform is lawful in any particular territory, and players access the platform at their own legal risk.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of det4777 services — including placing bets, participating in live casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must not use false information, pseudonyms, or another person's personal details when registering.

• One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on det4777. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. det4777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Accurate Information: You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Providing false information at registration or during subsequent identity verification may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Non-transferability: Your det4777 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared with any other individual. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is a violation of these terms.

det4777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Accounts found to have been created using automated means or in violation of any provision of this Agreement will be closed without notice.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

det4777 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳BDT). We support the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your det4777 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. det4777 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile financial services provider may apply its own transfer charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (08:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within the same business day for fully verified accounts. Verified accounts at Platinum and Black Diamond VIP tier may qualify for priority processing. det4777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the det4777 account holder.
• det4777 does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• In the event that a deposit is made via bKash, the corresponding withdrawal may only be processed to the same bKash wallet used for the deposit, subject to the platform's withdrawal routing policies in effect at the time.
• Any withdrawal request that triggers our fraud detection systems will be temporarily held for manual review. Players will be notified of any delays via the registered email address.
• det4777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., source-of-funds confirmation) for large withdrawal requests or in cases where account activity appears inconsistent with the player's stated profile.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

det4777 offers a range of bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and VIP programme rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer, as well as these General Bonus Terms, which apply universally across all promotions unless explicitly overridden.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bet credits carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means that the total bonus amount — or, in some cases, the sum of the deposit plus bonus — must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the account without notice. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated.
• Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, or collusion — will have all bonus balances forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.
• VIP Programme: The det4777 Black Diamond VIP Programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative real-money wagering volume over a rolling assessment period. det4777 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit structures, and assessment periods at any time. VIP status is non-transferable.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while a prior bonus is still active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

det4777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases where a promotion has been issued in error (e.g., due to a technical fault resulting in incorrect bonus values), det4777 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and remove the erroneously issued funds from player accounts.

06 User Obligations

By using the det4777 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes. Commercial use, resale of access, or use as part of a business operation is prohibited.
• You will not use any software, script, bot, crawler, scraper, or automated tool to interact with the platform, harvest data, place bets, or perform any action that a human player would otherwise perform manually.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the det4777 platform, its software, or its underlying systems.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit the platform's pricing or rules to the detriment of other players or of det4777.
• You will not use the det4777 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• You will promptly notify det4777 if you become aware of any error, glitch, or unexplained balance discrepancy in your account. Exploiting errors — including technical faults that result in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or bonus values — is a violation of these terms.
• You will treat other players and det4777 support staff with respect in all communications conducted through the platform's chat or messaging features. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language is grounds for immediate account suspension.

det4777 logs all platform interactions for the purposes of security monitoring, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. By using the platform, you consent to this monitoring. Logs may be shared with relevant authorities in response to lawful requests.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

det4777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without advance notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• The account holder has opened multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Rule.
• The account shows patterns consistent with problem gambling that warrant intervention under our responsible gaming obligations.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until the review is concluded. If the investigation determines that no breach has occurred, withheld funds will be released promptly. If a breach is confirmed, det4777 may forfeit some or all account balances in accordance with the specific violation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within one business day. Players who wish to self-exclude rather than close their account may use the self-exclusion tools available in the account dashboard, or contact support to request a self-exclusion of a defined duration. 08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, det4777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services — including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Betting or gaming outcomes, regardless of any technical error or interruption that may have occurred.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or content published on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

det4777 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
